Dr Nataley Jhingoeri, MD

Co-Founder | Board-Certified Pediatrician

Dr Nataley Jhingoeri is a board-certified pediatrician with over a decade of experience dedicated to caring for children and supporting families in her community. She graduated from medical school in 2011 and has since devoted her career to providing thoughtful, high-quality, and compassionate pediatric care to children of all backgrounds.

She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she received rigorous training in the care of medically complex and acutely ill children. She then pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC, further strengthening her expertise in inpatient pediatrics, advanced clinical decision-making, and procedural care.

Throughout her career, Dr Jhingoeri has remained committed to refining her clinical skills and broadening her perspective. She had the unique opportunity to practice medicine in a low-resource setting in Trinidad—an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to care. Working in this environment strengthened her ability to practice independently, think critically, and confidently manage pediatric emergencies, including resuscitation and technical procedures.

In addition to her clinical training, Dr Jhingoeri earned a Master’s degree in Clinical and Translational Research from the George Washington University School of Medicine. This background allows her to remain at the forefront of pediatric medicine and provide care that reflects the most current, evidence-based clinical guidelines.

While she brings deep medical expertise to every visit, Dr Jhingoeri firmly believes that parents are the true experts on their children. Her approach is collaborative and family-centered, partnering with caregivers to create individualized care plans that honor each child’s unique needs and story.

Dr Jessica Howard, DO, FAAP

Co-Founder | Board-Certified Pediatrician

Dr Jessica Howard is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics with over a decade of experience caring for children throughout the DMV area. As a single mother, she brings both professional expertise and a deep personal understanding of the challenges families face when their children are ill—fueling her passion for providing convenient, at-home pediatric care.

Dr Howard combines extensive medical knowledge with additional training in breastfeeding and lactation support, allowing her to offer comprehensive, individualized care for children and families. Her approach focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where both children and parents feel heard, respected, and at ease.

She places great importance on building strong, trusting relationships with families and understanding the unique dynamics of each household. Dr Howard is deeply committed to advocating for every child’s health and well-being, empowering parents with guidance and reassurance so they can focus on what matters most—caring for their little ones.

Dr Marsha Conroy, PharmD

Co-Founder | Clinical Pharmacist

Dr Marsha Conroy is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience caring for pediatric and neonatal patients in critical care settings. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University and began her career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she practiced clinical pharmacy and later served as the interim neonatal critical care pharmacist.

After relocating to Washington, DC in 2014, Dr Conroy continued her career in critical care pharmacy at Children’s National Hospital, supporting patients in the Neonatal, Cardiac, and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. Her background includes precepting pharmacy residents and students, as well as broad experience in compounding and specialty pharmacy.

Becoming a mother reshaped Dr Conroy’s professional and personal priorities. During the pandemic, she recognized that balancing critical care pharmacy with raising two young children was no longer sustainable for her wellbeing. Stepping away from hospital practice allowed her to focus on her family—two children now in elementary school—and led her to a new passion: supporting parents as they navigate the evolving developmental stages of childhood.

When she met Dr Nataley Jhingoeri and Dr Jessica Howard, Dr Conroy was fully immersed in motherhood and deeply invested in helping other families feel informed, confident, and supported. Together, they recognized the power of combining clinical expertise with real-life parenting experience to care for families in a more personal and approachable way.

Outside of MamaMedics, Dr Conroy enjoys figure skating, ice hockey, skiing, and golf—activities that keep her grounded, energized, and deeply connected to her community.
