The Founding Families Membership is a limited membership program designed for families who want priority access, ongoing pediatric guidance, and a trusted relationship with the Mama Medics team. Membership is limited to just 10 families during our inaugural year so we can provide exceptional, personalized care.

The Founding Families Membership is open to families with children from newborn through 18 years of age who live within the Mama Medics service area.

No. We believe every child should have an established primary care pediatrician. Mama Medics complements your pediatrician by providing convenient in-home urgent care, virtual support, care coordination, and guidance between routine wellness visits.

No. MamaMedics is designed to complement your child’s primary care provider. We can share visit summaries to ensure continuity of care and collaboration when needed.

Membership includes:

• Priority scheduling for in-home and virtual appointments

• Complimentary virtual visits when clinically appropriate

• Direct medical messaging for pediatric questions

• Medication consultations with our pediatric clinical pharmacist

• Prescription requests when clinically appropriate

• Care coordination with your child's pediatrician and specialists

No. Home visits are billed separately.

Founding Families receive exclusive member pricing:

• Weekday Home Visit: $200 (regularly $250)

• Evening/Weekend Home Visit: $250 (regularly $300)

Members may send secure medical questions at any time. Messages are reviewed and responded to as promptly as possible based on clinical urgency. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Many common pediatric concerns can be safely evaluated through a virtual visit. If we determine your child needs an in-home evaluation or emergency care, we'll guide you to the most appropriate next step.

When clinically appropriate, our providers can prescribe medications following a virtual or in-home evaluation. Some concerns require an examination before medication can be safely prescribed.

Because we are intentionally limiting enrollment to 10 Founding Families, additional families may be placed on a waiting list. As Mama Medics grows, we hope to expand membership availability while maintaining the personalized experience our families expect.

Your Founding Families membership rate is locked in for as long as you maintain continuous membership. This benefit is exclusive to our inaugural Founding Families and will not be available to future members.
