Our Founding Families Membership is designed for parents who want trusted pediatric guidance, priority access, and an ongoing relationship with the Mama Medics team.

Priority Scheduling
Priority access to in-home and virtual appointments, with same-day or next-day availability whenever possible.

Direct Medical Messaging
Secure access to the Mama Medics medical team for pediatric health questions and concerns. Messages may be submitted at any time and are reviewed as promptly as possible based on clinical urgency.

Virtual Care Included
Virtual consultations are included when your child’s concern can be safely and appropriately evaluated remotely.

Prescription Support
Prescription requests and medication questions may be addressed through secure messaging when clinically appropriate. An in-home or virtual evaluation may be required before medication can be initially prescribed.

Medical Forms and Letters
Routine school, daycare, camp, sports, and medication forms are completed at no additional charge when Mama Medics has the necessary medical information. More extensive letters, evaluations, or forms requiring an examination may require an appointment.

Referrals and Lab Coordination
When clinically appropriate, our medical team can help coordinate specialist referrals, laboratory orders, and communication with your child’s established pediatrician and care team.

Pediatric Medication Expertise
Personalized in person medication guidance from a pediatric clinical pharmacist, including dosing, administration, interactions, side effects, and medication organization.

Care Coordination
Support communicating with your child's primary pediatrician, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. If emergency care is needed, we'll help determine the most appropriate emergency department and, whenever possible, provide a physician-to-physician handoff to coordinate your child's care before you arrive. Emergency Department Care Coordination (a $150 value) is included with your membership.

First Year Collective Access
Complimentary or preferred access to eligible First Year Collective classes and Mama Medics educational events.

Founding Family Welcome Gift
Each family receives a customized Mama Medics tumbler, emergency refrigerator magnet, and welcome materials.

Locked-In Founding Rate
The founding membership rate remains available for as long as the family maintains continuous membership.
